    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an appliance and protect it during conveyance, in a folding camping stove.SOLUTION: The folding camping stove 20 may be formed into a two-folded (clamshells 24 and 26) shape, having two clamshells that fold outward to expose at least two cooking surfaces. The respective clamshells are rotated around a separate pivot point. Fuel trains 28 and 30 for the clamshells are positioned at the pivot point. A regulator and manifold assembly is provided to supply gas from a container to the folding stove. The manifold splits the gas coming from the regulator and directs it to opposite sides of the folding stove. Each of the clamshells includes a cooking grate. The cooking grates appear symmetrical from a top view, but are slightly offset relative to one another so that the clamshells may be folded inward relative to each other and the grates may nest together.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tarpaulin which can weaken a wind against a structure set up in a camping site (outdoors), as in the case of a tent or a tarpaulin.
      SOLUTION: This tarpaulin comprises three poles (1)-(3), a mesh sheet (10), cords (21)-(28) for erection, and pegs (31)-(38). In the poles (1)-(3), assemblable/disassemblable protrusive structures (1a), (2a) and (3a), on which a person's foot can be placed so that the poles can be driven into ground, are provided to the side of one end. The mesh sheet (10) comprises: bag-shaped structures (10a), (10d) and (10g) into which upper ends of the poles (1)-(3) can be inserted; intermediate hook-and-loop-fastener structures (10b), (10e) and (10h) which can be attached in such a manner as to be wound around the intermediate parts of the poles (1)-(3); and lower-end hook-and-loop-fastener structures (10c), (10f) and (10i) which can be attached in such a manner as to be wound around the lower ends of the poles (1)-(3), and which are in a position to be capable of being locked to the protrusive structures (1a), (2a) and (3a).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lantern formed in a compact shape. SOLUTION: The lantern formed in an approximately cylindrical shape has a lower housing 25 comprising a fuel tank, a shut-off valve and an adjuster. A cover removably provided at a base 27 of the lower housing 25 is located close to a fuel tank. The fuel tank can be refilled through a fuel filling valve at the base. A burner tube 12 joined to the adjuster extends upward beyond the housing. A mantle 23 which is lit by ignition is removably mounted at the upper end of the burner tube. A wholly conical reflector 3 is arranged under the mantle and on the adjuster around the burner tube. A glass globe 1 is arranged around a burner tube/mantle laminate and a ventilator cover is mounted on the globe. The ventilator cover is mounted on a rail 26. The rail extending from both sides of the lower housing is easily removable for accessibility to the mantle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rear part of a bag detachable from its front part and enable to put the hand into by forming a pair of edges connecting a middle and a front part onto both ends of an opening and forming there a U shaped center space extending upward and backward on the opening and keeping the opening open/close free with a fastener. SOLUTION: A bag 10 is, forming an opening 30 in a center 13 so as to shape out an entrance to a space 25, composed of a pair of edges 31 adjacent to a front part 11 and a center 32 of U shape leaning upward and backward of the opening 30 toward the top of the bag 10. Both upper and lower edges 33, 34 are put utterly buried into a gap 13 between the seam to fix the center 13 onto the front and a rear part 11, 12. Further, the opening 30 is made open/ close free with a zipper as a fastener. By this, the rear part 12 is kept detachable from the front part 11 and you can put hand in and off inside the bag 10.

    • PURPOSE: To ignite and operate a liquid fuel combustion device without moving a knob and a lever for adjusting an instantaneous ignition device. CONSTITUTION: The fuel feed pipe device for a liquid fuel combustion device is provided with a fuel regulating valve which travels between a startup position and an operating position, and which responds to the flow of liquid fuel passing through the fuel feed pipe device 41. When the fuel control valve 39 for the combustion device is opened, the fuel flow passing through the fuel feed pipe device 41 moves the fuel regulating valve to the startup position which regulates the fuel flow passing through a fuel inlet. Thus, air is sucked from an air inlet 86 to be mixed with the fuel. After the combustion device is started and the fuel is vaporized inside a generator 40, the fuel flow passing through the fuel feed pipe device 41 slows down. Then, the fuel regulating valve falls down by virtue of its own weight to the operating position where the fuel regulating valve does not regulate the fuel flow passing through the fuel inlet. As a result, the flow of air passing through the air inlet 86 is interrupted, and only the liquid fuel flows through the fuel feed pipe device.
